Unified Service Policy.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the use of TCamp and TCamp Pass (together, the "Service"), which operate as Telegram bots and Telegram Mini Apps. They define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Service provider, of group owners and administrators (together, "Operators"), and of members who use or pay for access ("Members").

Article 2 (Definition of the Service)

1. TCamp Pass is a payment gate for private Telegram groups. When a Member pays the entry fee set by the Operator, the Service issues that Member a single-use invite link to the group. For subscription-based entry, the Service removes Members whose subscription has expired.
2. TCamp is a private community platform that operates in synchronisation with Telegram chats. It provides long-term archiving of posts and a paid-tag system through which an Operator may charge a monthly price for selected content. A community operated with TCamp is referred to as a "Camp".
3. Either product may be used on its own. Where an Article below applies to only one of them, it says so.
4. The Service does not host, store or manage the contents of Telegram chats. All chat content resides in Telegram under the Operator's control, and all management authority for a group or Camp belongs to the Operator of the corresponding Telegram chat.

Article 3 (Payments)

1. Currency. All entry fees, subscription fees and platform fees are processed exclusively using Telegram Stars.
2. Non-custodial structure (TCamp Pass). Entry fees are paid directly to the bot registered by the Operator. The Service never receives, holds or transfers the Operator's revenue, and settlement of entry fees is automatic and immediate.
3. Invoice structure (TCamp Pass). Depending on the Operator's plan, a Member's payment is billed as one invoice or two. Where the applicable platform fee rate is 0%, the Member pays a single invoice issued by the Operator's own bot. Where a fee applies, the payment is split into the platform fee, billed by the Service's bot, and the remainder, billed by the Operator's own bot; the two invoices always add up to exactly the price the Operator set. The payment screen discloses this to the Member before payment.
4. Refunds. Given the nature of digital access and immediate service activation, all payments — one-time entry fees, subscription fees, plan fees and platform fees — are final and non-refundable.

Article 4 (Platform Fees and Rate Changes)

1. Applicable rate. The platform fee rate applicable to a transaction is the rate displayed in the Service at the time of payment — on the plan or upgrade screen, and on the payment screen itself. That displayed rate governs.
2. Maximum rate. The platform fee never exceeds 5% of the entry fee for TCamp Pass, and never exceeds 10% of the entry fee for TCamp. The TCamp Pass Free plan carries a 0% platform fee.
3. Promotional rates. A promotional or discounted rate is always lower than the standard rate for the plan concerned. A promotion never increases a fee.
4. Settlement principle. Where the applicable rate is greater than 0%, fractional amounts are rounded down (Floor) in the Operator's favour, and the minimum platform fee is 1 Star per transaction. Where the applicable rate is 0%, no platform fee is charged and no minimum applies.
5. Changes to standard rates. If a standard rate is increased, the change is announced in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. An Operator who does not accept the change may stop selling, close their gates or discontinue the affected plan before the effective date. Reductions may take effect immediately.
6. No retroactive effect. A rate change never applies to transactions already completed.

Article 5 (Entry and Re-Entry — TCamp Pass)

1. Entry is completed by the Member opening the invite link themselves. Each link admits one person and expires 24 hours after it is issued. An expired or already-used link can be reissued from the Service, and the superseded link is revoked. The Service cannot add anyone to a group on their behalf.
2. A Member who has completed a valid one-time entry payment and later leaves the group voluntarily may re-enter the same group free of charge by requesting a new invite link. Payment entitlement is tracked by Telegram User ID.
3. A Member who has been removed from the group by the Operator is barred from re-entry through the Service.
4. Re-entry rights apply per group and do not transfer between groups.
5. Subscriptions. Subscription-based entry is billed on a 30-day cycle managed by Telegram's native subscription system, and renewal and expiry notifications are handled by Telegram. Upon expiry without renewal, the Member is removed from the group either immediately or after a grace period, according to the Operator's plan as disclosed in the Service.

Article 6 (Camps and Data Visibility — TCamp)

1. Paid tags. An Operator may mark a tag as paid and set a monthly price in Telegram Stars. Posts carrying that tag are readable by subscribers only; other Members see the post title and a subscribe prompt.
2. Data visibility. Operators on the Free plan may have access to a limited number of recent posts, as determined by the Service's current operating policy. Data exceeding the limit is securely archived and hidden until the Camp is upgraded to a paid plan. The current limits are disclosed on the pricing page.
3. Deletion grace period. If an Operator deletes a Camp or a gate, the associated data is not destroyed at once but held for a 7-day grace period. After that period the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 7 (Operator Obligations and Responsibility)

1. For TCamp Pass, the Operator registers their own Telegram bot token with the Service and is responsible for keeping that bot active and correctly configured for the Service to operate.
2. The Operator is solely responsible for group and Camp content, member moderation, pricing decisions, and compliance with the laws applicable to the Operator's activities. The Service acts only as a technical platform provider and does not intervene in disputes between Operators and Members.
3. The Operator must accurately describe what a Member receives in return for payment. Misleading paid offerings may result in suspension from the Service.

Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)

Operators and Members are prohibited from:

1. Attempting to circumvent the platform fee structure or the invoicing flow.
2. Creating or using system-reserved tags (tags beginning with an underscore _) to bypass system logic.
3. Attempting to destabilise, reverse-engineer or otherwise abuse the Service's technical infrastructure.
4. Using the Service to sell access to content or activities that violate Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable law.

Article 1 (Data Collection)

The Service follows a privacy-first principle and collects only the minimum data required to operate:

• From all users: Telegram User ID, Chat ID (group identifier), Telegram nickname and profile picture URL.
• From transactions and entry: invite link issuance, group join and leave events, and payment records (amount, timestamp and transaction identifier).
• From Operators using TCamp Pass: the Operator's bot token, stored in encrypted form and used exclusively to operate the payment and entry flow on the Operator's behalf.
• Method: automated collection through the Telegram Bot API and Telegram Mini App API. The Service does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account details or card details from Members.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

Collected information is used exclusively for:

1. Identifying users and verifying roles and entitlements (Operator or Member, paid or unpaid status).
2. Processing entry fee and subscription transactions, issuing and revoking invite links, and enforcing subscription expiry.
3. Honouring free re-entry rights for Members who have already paid.
4. Technical support and bug fixing.

Article 3 (Data Retention and Deletion)

1. User data is retained only for the duration of service use.
2. Payment entitlement records are retained while the associated gate remains active, in order to honour free re-entry rights (Part 1, Article 5).
3. When an Operator deletes a Camp or gate, or withdraws from the Service, the associated data is held for a 7-day grace period and then permanently purged. Purged data cannot be recovered.
4. Encrypted Operator bot tokens are deleted immediately upon gate deletion or withdrawal.

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure)

1. The Service does not share or sell user data to third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Transactional data is processed only through Telegram's official payment systems (Telegram Stars, and Fragment for withdrawal). The Service holds no financial account information of any user.
3. We respect the anonymity and privacy inherent to the Telegram ecosystem: Members and Operators transact without exposing bank accounts, cards or personal contact details to each other.
