FAQ

Common questions.

Two products share this page: TCamp Pass, which charges for entry to a group, and TCamp, the members-only community inside it.

Which product is which

TCamp Pass charges people to get into your Telegram group: they pay, they receive a single-use invite link, they join. TCamp is the members-only community that lives inside the group once they are in — organised posts, tags, search, and paid tags for content you charge a monthly price for. They are separate products, and either one works on its own.
Yes. A common setup is to charge for entry with TCamp Pass and then run the community inside with TCamp, keeping a free tier of posts for everyone who got in and a paid tag for the deeper material.

TCamp Pass — paid entry

Nothing on the Free plan — the platform fee is 0%, so you keep every Star your members pay. Pro charges 5% per transaction and is not a subscription: there is nothing to prepay and no monthly bill. You can move between Free and Pro at any time.
Yes, and it does not expire. Selling works in full on Free: you create a gate, set a price, take payments, let members in and handle expiry. What you give up is one gate at a time and the work Pro does for you — automatic win-back messages, revenue statistics, branding, free invites and a public profile page.
Only in a Pro owner's group. On Pro the money goes to two places: the 5% service fee is billed by TCamp Pass and the rest is billed by your own bot, so Telegram shows two invoices — and they add up to exactly the price you set. On a monthly gate both parts renew together, and cancelling either cancels both. On Free there is a single invoice.
Entry fees are paid in Telegram Stars directly to your own bot. Telegram holds Stars for up to 21 days after they arrive before you can withdraw them to TON via Fragment — that is Telegram's rule, not ours. TCamp Pass never touches your funds.
Private groups and supergroups. A group with a public username cannot be gated, and channels are not supported. Your own bot must be an admin with permission to create invite links and to restrict members.
Telegram handles renewal and reminders. If the member does not renew they are removed automatically — after three days on Free, immediately on Pro. That grace period is a window to invite them to renew while they are still in the room.
A public page at tcamp.net/@yourname listing the gates you have open, with an entry button for each. It opens in any browser, so it works as an Instagram or TikTok bio link. It is a Pro feature; on Free the page switches off but your address stays reserved.
Payment history is kept permanently. A member who paid and later left can rejoin free of charge while their access is still valid. Members you removed stay blocked.

TCamp — the community

A private space inside Telegram where only your group or channel members can post, read and interact, without content being lost in the chat flow. It runs as a Telegram Mini App, so there is nothing extra to install.
Chat disappears as new messages arrive. TCamp keeps your content organised, searchable and reachable no matter how active the group gets — and unlike chat, you can charge for access to specific content.
You create a tag in your camp settings and set a monthly price in Telegram Stars. Any post you give that tag is visible to subscribers only; non-subscribers see the title and a subscribe prompt. You can create as many paid tags as you want, each with its own price.
Yes. Invite @tcamp_net_bot to your group or channel as an admin. That lets TCamp verify member roles and keep access in sync with your Telegram group automatically.
Absolutely. Paid tags are optional, and many teams use TCamp purely as a private, organised community for their group. Start free and add paid tags whenever you are ready.
Free for up to 10 members. Paid plans start at 99 Stars a month, remove ads, unlock unlimited posts, and lower the paid-tag commission — 10% on Pro, 5% on Elite, 3% on Ultimate. See the pricing page.

Payments and data

The native payment system inside Telegram. Members buy Stars in the app — with store balance topped up by e-wallets, convenience stores or mobile credit, or through Fragment with TON — and spend them without any external card or wallet. See the Stars purchase guide.
No. Store balance and TON both work, and neither requires a card. Buying through Fragment is usually cheaper because there is no app-store margin.
No. Because access is granted immediately, all payments — one-time entry, subscriptions and platform fees — are final. This is set out in the Terms of Service.
It is held for a 7-day grace period and then permanently deleted; within that window it can be restored. Encrypted bot tokens are deleted immediately on gate deletion or withdrawal. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The minimum needed to run the service: your Telegram user ID, chat ID, nickname and profile picture URL, plus payment and entry events. We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank details or card details from members.
